Description
Childhood adversity and trauma can often be traced through the generations of a family. How do these things affect the developing child? How do they get passed from one generation to the next? And most importantly, what can we do to prevent this from continuing on in future generations? In this workshop, we will explore how our own experiences shape the way we raise our children and how we interact with others. Learn specific interventions for use in the home, classroom, or therapy room as we discuss what can be done to build and support resilience.
