Attention! The in-person training events with Dr. Henry in Mobile and Montgomery have been converted to a virtual training on Thursday, August 26.
One of the greatest struggles for professionals and families in the field is how to engage children and families surrounding the separation and losses in their lives, understand the trauma related to these losses, and how to integrate and restore relationships within the family system.
We welcome Dr. Darla Henry, a true pioneer in the field of permanency and resilience within child welfare, as she guides us through 5.5 hours of content, videos, activities, and interactive discussions to explore the 3 tasks, 5 conceptual questions, and 7 interpersonal skills necessary to better support children and families as they heal and rebuild relationships. The 3-5-7 Model® takes the "guesswork" or the "we hope it works" approach out of permanency decision making.
NOTE: The zoom recording will be available for 10 days following the training for registered participants.
