Kai Mumpfield , LCSW, PIP is the Southern Region Coordinator and Permanency Conference Coordinator with the APAC program of Children’s Aid Society. Kai earned a BSW from Auburn University and an MSW from University of Maryland-Baltimore. Her experience includes direct service and administration, but she will quickly tell you that her passion lies within the youth population. Her community involvement coupled with her work in therapeutic foster care, HIV/AIDS education and advocacy and adoption provides her a wide knowledge base that she’s willing to use to educate and empower others.
