Description
Being safe and feeling safe are not the same thing โ and that distinction is everything. Kids with baffling behaviors are often stuck in a nervous system state that reads the world as dangerous, even when it isnโt. This training explores the three places children unconsciously scan for safety cues, and why we canโt simply tell kids to feel safe. Caregivers will leave with practical, doable strategies for adjusting their own nervous system, their environment, and their interactions โ so their kidsโ nervous systems finally get the message that itโs safe to settle down.
